The Purdue Outing Club is a welcoming environment for people to learn and participate in outdoor activities! We welcome people from all backgrounds and experiences to be a part of our trips!
What We are doing
Connecting with the cultural centers and LGBTQ center to talk about how to get students into the outdoors
Provide tailored trips for Grad, International & Nonbinary students throughout the school year
We provide a friendly and inexpensive way of getting to the outdoors by providing equipment for everyone who does not have it
We are emphasizing trip selections for beginners
Our Goals
We hope to continue to do more outreach to various groups across campus
Do more cross club events with different cultural clubs
Continue our current trips aimed towards diverse student groups
Continue our current informational and learning sessions for beginners
